Before Annos was a brand, it was a way of living I was too close to recognise.
I grew up in Orgosolo, Sardinia, watching my nonna Teresa embody many of the principles the world now associates with longevity: food close to the land, natural movement, strong relationships and time shared across generations.
I carry her name. But, more importantly, I carry the lessons her life passed down to me.
Only after moving away did I understand how rare that inheritance was. Wellness was everywhere, yet it often felt complicated, individual and disconnected from the things that make life worth living. Women’s bodies, rhythms and changing needs were still too rarely at the centre.
Annos was born from the desire to bring these worlds together: Sardinia’s inherited wisdom and modern science, movement and nourishment, health and belonging.
It began with intimate gatherings in Amsterdam and returned home through retreats in Sardinia.
Today, Annos is growing with one purpose: to help women live not only longer, but healthier, fuller and more connected lives.
I am its founder. Nonna is one of its deepest roots.
